Address History
The first step in any investigation is to identify an individual's comprehensive address history, based on his/her Social Security Number or other available identifiers, such as name or current address. Ensuring that all possible addresses have been accurately captured involves cross-referencing and synthesizing information from several different sources.
Once an individual’s address history has been established, the next step is to conduct court research in all the counties where he or she has resided, as well in the U.S. District Court system.
